By booking a party with The Pink Pamper Bus, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
A deposit is required to secure your chosen party date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The full remaining balance must be paid no later than one month prior to the party date. Failure to pay the balance by this time may result in cancellation of your booking.
A completed consent form must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian for every child attending the party. No child will be permitted to participate in any treatments or activities without a signed consent form.
Parents/guardians must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or additional needs on the consent form prior to the party. If there are any changes to a child’s health, allergies, or medication after the consent form has been completed, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform The Pink Pamper Bus before the event begins. We use child-friendly and age-appropriate products and take reasonable precautions; however, The Pink Pamper Bus cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects where prior information has not been disclosed. In the event of a medical emergency, parents/guardians authorise The Pink Pamper Bus to seek appropriate medical assistance if necessary.
A responsible adult (parent or guardian) must remain at the party address at all times during the party. Due to space limitations inside the bus, adult access during treatments may be limited.
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, all children must remove their shoes before entering the bus. We recommend that guests wear socks or bring slippers for comfort.
We aim to create a safe, fun and respectful environment for all guests. If a child’s behaviour is considered unsafe or disruptive, a parent/guardian will be asked to intervene. In rare circumstances, a child may be asked to leave the bus to ensure the safety and enjoyment of others.
Only food and drinks provided by The Pink Pamper Bus are permitted onboard. No outside food or drink is allowed on the bus. This policy helps us maintain hygiene standards, protect equipment, and ensure the safety of all guests.
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the party date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable.
The Pink Pamper Bus is happy to travel from our base in Suffolk. Depending on location an additional travel fee may apply. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
A safe, flat and suitable parking space must be available at the party address, ideally directly outside or very close to the venue. We are unable to park on inclined or sloped driveways for safety reasons. Any parking restrictions, narrow access roads, or potential access issues must be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to provide suitable and safe parking may result in the party being unable to proceed, and refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in activities is at the parent/guardian’s own risk. The Pink Pamper Bus, including its owners and team members, will not be held liable for accidental injury, loss, or damage occurring during the party, except where caused by proven negligence.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
