We can accommodate up to 12 children per party to ensure every guest enjoys a special experience and gets plenty of pamper time.

Yes! We are based in Suffolk and travel across the county and surrounding areas. When you send your postcode via our enquiry form, we’ll confirm availability and any travel details if required.

Our pamper parties are designed for children aged 5 and upwards. All treatments are gentle, fun and completely age-appropriate.

We bring everything needed for the ultimate pamper experience — equipment, products, dressing gowns, and plenty of sparkle! All we ask is that an adult/guardian must remain on site at all times and that suitable parking is available for the bus. 

We do provide beautiful dressing gowns for the children to wear during the party; however, they are more than welcome to bring their own matching pyjamas, just like many of our other clients love to do for that extra-special pamper party feel.

Simply complete our enquiry form and we’ll check availability for your chosen date. Once confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Your party is officially reserved once the deposit has been received. 

Absolutely. All members of The Pink Pamper Bus team are fully DBS checked, insured, and experienced in working with children — so you can relax knowing they’re in safe hands.

We require a safe, flat parking space large enough for our party bus, ideally directly outside or very close to your home or venue. The space must be at least the length of two standard cars to allow safe positioning of the bus. Please note that we are unable to park on uphill or inclined driveways for safety reasons. 

Kindly inform us in advance of any parking restrictions, narrow roads, or access issues so we can plan accordingly and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

We recommend inviting guests to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time so the fun can begin smoothly. As we often have other bookings, we may not be able to extend the party time, but we’ll always do our best to make sure everyone still feels included.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the party date will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable. Where possible, we will always do our best to offer an alternative date, subject to availability. 

Your child’s safety is our priority. All equipment is cleaned and sanitised between parties, and we use child-friendly, age-appropriate products. Our team follows strict hygiene procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment at all times.

Each package includes a selection of age-appropriate pamper treatments, use of our beautifully styled party bus, music, a fun party atmosphere and a fully hosted experience by our friendly team. Package details vary, so please check the package descriptions or get in touch for full details of what’s included.

Our pamper parties typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the package you choose and the number of guests. This gives plenty of time for treatments, photos and lots of giggles without little ones feeling overwhelmed.

Due to space limitations, we usually ask that only the children and our team remain on the bus during treatments. However, a responsible adult must remain on site at all times. Of course, parents are welcome to step on for photos at suitable moments.

As the party takes place inside our fully covered and beautifully styled bus, the fun can continue whatever the weather! We are fully equipped with both air conditioning and heating, so the children stay comfortable no matter the season. We simply require safe access and suitable parking on the day.
